Basic two handed Kettlebell Swing.
Here you see that I have a straight back, my legs bend slightly to get the kettlebell between my legs, my hips drive forward the kettlbell as I keep my head in line with my back to prevent neck tension, I keep straight arms, and most importantly, I am breathing through the exercise.
